I just sent a PM to FUEL on this -- but I figured I would post and let anyone make suggestions.

Help me out bro' --

Trying to figure out measurements and what I am going to do.

ATV bend and adapter is too high.
Looks like the adapter is only 3/4" higher than stock. That's from bottom of where stock bar sits --- to bottom of where new bar sits. The rest is in the bars.

I just don't want to mess with a stem right now -- would like to wait until I bend this one.

Is there an adapter that attaches directly to the stem ?

Any suggestions ??

i dont know about your steem but i use a 2" riser from rox riser for 7/8" steem to 1 1/8" bars (i am using the Flexx bars) and all i had to do was reroute the cables!!!

I did Flexx bars, with Pro Taper alum. adapter - it's cool.
Remove the wire loop that contains the cables... it unbolts from the frame. If you do this, and shimmy the cables and wires around some to free them up it's good to go.

KWAD ... Didn't you do the bike bend ?

I have the ATV bend. I rode it -- BUT -- hard right turn pulls the throttle and it revs.
Brake line is tight -- but throttle cable HAS to be re-routed.

WALT... how did you re-route ???

I think the problem with the throttle cable is due to bar and throttle position.

I started out with the bars slightly tilted back. Was way too high -- felt uncomfortable.
I now have the them a little less angle then the stem -- I would like for them to come back even more -- it would "feel" perfect to have them positioned the same angle as the stem -- but NOWAY with those cables.

I have the throttle flat -- there again I usually run my throttle tilted back.

How are you guys running yours ???

I don't know what bend I have. I just said "send me some bars w/ a blue pad" and they showed up about a month later. My cables are ok .... I took off the front plastic and messed with them under the hood area, I tried to get as much slack as I could.
