if you read the owners manual i believe it means its a FI system error and should be taken to the dealer immediately.... but double check

ok i am quoting the owners manual.

FI system failure

A. The red indicator light comes on and remains lit when the FI system has a failure.

B. The red indicator light blinks one time a second when the FI system has a SERIOUS FAILURE.

engine coolant over heat

C. The red indicator light blinks quickly two times a second when the engine coolant temp. becomes too high.

The engine may continue to run in mode A and C, But the engine WILL NOT start in mode B.

So in other words take it to your dealer because i doubt it is a minor problem.....

I was going to tell him how to jump a connector so he can get the codes that will tell him what circuit is flashing the light
