yeah you put in in your pipe so water and in my case my 2 year old putting a screw driver in my pipe...lol doesnt get inside.just dont forget to take it out when you start your bike...now that would be funnyyyyyyyyy...

I thought that might be what it was for but, it is round and the pipe is sort of a roundish rectangular shape.
