Well I finally got my pipe. its a full system from DMC the header is the exact same size as the stock header but the welds DO NOT go into the pipe like the stock one. the difference comes in the Mid pipe it expands to about 50% more from the intersection to the muffler. I have the Cherry Bomb and ESR airbox lid mod.

Sound without the quiet core is LOUD has a crack to it. It is definatley lean. but I lent out my AFR to a buddy and hope to get it back soon to check it out. for now I think I'm going to put in the quiet core and spark arrestor back in to be safe.

the only reason I say it seems lean is Im getting poping on accel and deceleration, there is absolutly no carbon building up and the stainless header is turning purple. I need my AFR back from that buddy to realy check. Im also running VP C12 mixed with 93.

well the AF ratio of the yosh is good i dont know why the dmc wouldnt be good

Yes I got eh quiet system so when I ride in any noise restriction areas I can throw in the quiet core to be able to ride.
