here are a few pics of it all mounted up i aint rode with it yet because its raining out and i dont have my power commander set up yet but here ya go, it sounds awesome too deep mean sound. I think it looks sick.

Nice ..... That thing does look SIK. No heat shield needed. Thats the look of HP. Wait till you see it with the tail light on. This pipe really tucks up nice. Remember this pipe is stainless steel and could be polished up to really bling.

hey guys thanks for the comments and the welds really arnt that bad as what they look like in that pic, the flash just made them show up really well.

The welds look fine -- I am not knockin' ----- I am talking about a heat shield --- for that purpose.
To keep my a$$ from getting burned --- :p

steve...you are doing ceramic on the header right ?

Nope ..... no option to add a heat shield. Most aftermarket pipes that i have seen do not offer a heat shield. I am ceramic coating my header and anodizing my canister Black. Then putting on chrome DASA stickers. It should look pretty bad azz.

I absolutely love the looks of that can...light reflecting off the dasa logo looks great

the weld are nice though...
dang your frame looks good, whats keeping it from getting scratch by the footpegs.??(frame guards.)

haha i just guess my legs dont rub against the frame

heres a few more pics of my quad with the dasa on it, i think it makes it look 10x better IMO.
