IVE SEEN A FEW PICS OF SOME OF THE FENDERS THAT YOU GUYS HAVE CUT AND THEY LOOK SWEET. WHAT DO YOU USE TO CUT THEM TO MAKE THEM THE CLEANEST? I DONT WONT THEM TO LOOK JAGGED. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT. THIS SIGHT HAS ALL THE ANSWERS.

I use a pneumatic cutting wheel. It was easier to keep my cuts straight and a small block plane to smooth the edges. You won't need to sand them at all if you do it carefully.![]()
Exactly as Fuel said, you can get them to look great just make sure you have the time to set down and do it right when you decide to cut them. Having to rush through is the last thing you want.
Having a few different grade sandpaper textures is nice, and don't be afraid to tape 3-4 different lines in on the plastic and compare which you think you would prefer.
Other than that, good look and get some pictures posted!
