Two problems; I stripped one of the bolts holding the endcap in when I was taking the sparky out...then I broke the freakin head off of one of the bolts when I put my new sprocket on. AHHHHH. I am in a trip to the dunes (15 hour trip each way) and the sprocket thing happens. Luckily one of the guys I'm with has a drill, so I manage to get the bolt out, then used an extra from the baffle to put the sprocket on. Maybe I have a heavy hand, but I've never had anything like this happen to me before.

By the way, the quad rips with the crbm, no lid, and no sparky. I had a raptor, and I rode a yfz and another raptor today, I'm very happy with my decision to do with the LTR.

Yea...seems to ba a major concern...I have only had problems with the hex head ones so far...but then again I have had it apart about a dozen times...almost as many times a FuelATV's bike... :p
