Sat morning I was doing a little mantience on the LTR. I started her up with the choke on to let her warm up a bit. Turned clutch off and she kept a revving! I had to manually push the "plunger" back into the throttle body to stop the problem. The process was a pain! The problem isnt solved but not a problem unless I choke it. Ill take it this week to my dealer to see whats up with it!

I don't think you have a problem. You shouldn't need the "choke"...it's fuel injected.

Is your quad not starting without that "choke" lever engaged?

Since it has started sticking I havent used it. Been starting fine, but we have had warm weather too!

Hi,

One thing I found out is that "choke" lever is just a Idle adjuster, nothing more... The cable is probably squeezed somewhere and cannot push back to slow idle...
