If I was in the car business, would I dare put a part up for sale a part that fit a Chevy Mustang? or how about an exhaust for a GSXR Katana.

I mean not everyone needs to, or should even know the actual model name of the Quad Racer, but holy crap, I dont know how many websites, and companies I talk to personally, have parts for the "LTZ-450" coming out soon. Maybe im just crabby because I havent had enough sleep this week. Sorry for the rant.

I have been in contact with lightspeed for the past 4 months. They as of last friday still do not have an LTR450 to design their stuff. When they added that to their website they thought it would be the same stuff as the Z400 or the RMZ450. They were wrong. None of the parts are the same. I am in contact with a company that is making carbon fiber stuff for me. It is a LONG drawn out process. I will have hoods, nose pieces, frame gaurds and a couple other items. Hope to have more info next month.

EXACTLY -- How in the hell do you build "CUSTOM" mods w/ out a machine for reference/proto-types.

That would be like Steve making custom shit for the KFX450 --- hmmmm.... I think.... it's gonna be... about 3"x6"...... OK everyone -- I have custom mods for the KFX500.... I mean 450.

I have givin him a list of what i want to make. He has seen the bike and has an idea already of how to go about manufacturing the stuff i want. Untill i actually have prototypes all i can say is .... 2 WEEKS. I will tell you this ........ I WILL HAVE SOME VERY TRICK CARBON FIBER PARTS SOON .

so FUEL (i like ta use the screen names for those that dont know otherwise) how does your wifes bike run you know what i mean so i dont get picked on by all the bullies here i put the ct 310 kit on my trx and it is great i love it but its not as good total package as my ltr. i hate to but i want to sell it so i can get some more mods for the 450. thanks for your reply.

Well i really took it easy on it most of the ride. Lets say it will pull a piped LTR for sure. I have a TON of money into the TRX. If you have a 250 or 310 and want a 350PV it is$1500.00 for just the cylinder. So you end up having 3k in upgrades ect. IMO not woth the 3k for most people. Save the 3k sell the 250 and get a 450.Even with all of the mods i would take the LTR over the TRX250 any day. Now i do love the feel of 2 stroke power and the 350PV has LOADS of midrange. I am lucky to have the BEST of both worlds.

thanks FUEL. yeah i already have my 450 just tryin ta get some money together so i can get that stem of yours n some flexx bars n stabilizer off of you. yeah those cylinders are expensive my 310 was about $900. i too love the power n am or is it was a die hard honda fan but i love this 450 and suzuki did an unbelievable job.

I rode Junkie's bike this weekend ..... actually i kinda stole it .... thanks Junkie. WOW that Precision make a HUGE differance. If i ever get my bike bike i will be installing one for sure.
