Well it's time to retire my stock speakers. And I need some advice on getting the best sound for my money. The truck has 6.5's in the front and rear doors and Tweeters in the front doors also. I listen to a little bit of everything, so I need well rounded compnents. I've used Boston Acoustics in the past and been very please with the quality. I may at a later date add 1 10in sub just to give it a more complete sound. I already have a nice head unit so thats taken care of.

Tryin to keep it resonably priced.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

i use crutchfield to order all my stuff in my tacoma i installed ifiniti kappas sorry bout the spellin i'm tired and not worried bout it. i had components in the front n did a custom install on the tweeter in the thing behind the mirror my 02 tacoma has tweeters in the door n i dont think the infinit tweeters will fit there. let me know if you want pics of the tweeters n i will go take some.. oh yeah i love the way they sounded.

if u dont wanna spend a lot get alpines, there pretty good. what ever you get, make sure you get 3-ways.

if your not looking to spend a lot of money then stay away from crutchfield. They are expensive! I have gotten everything for my 3 different car stero from ebay if you price everything out you can defiantly save a lot of money.

I've got Infinity's in my crew cab silverado and love them. Good clear, crisp highs and excellent response. I've got a Pioneer head unit pushing them w/o any additional amps to the speakers.
