Oh shit, sometimes my brain is worthless, I thought just flip the hubs and have a hell of hard time tightening the lug nuts, I guess pressing the studs out would be the solution..
And yes you can turn down(machine some off) the back side of the hub, the aftermarket axles are built with a big collar that you can put on either side of the hub to adjust the width, so you really shouldn't have an issue of them loosing up if turned them down and used a washer to take up the slack..
