Really bad news, sorry to hear. That's a painful break no doubt...going to be really uncomfortable for at least 4-5 days until you get use to everything. 
Should get more time to surf the site at least right? We're all pulling for you

Alright, I'm back. At least to the computer. My comp. is upstairs and I didn't want to risk falling down the stairs, til I was more cozy with them. I missed a shitload on here. The quad is fine. I do have a rod in my leg that goes from my kneecap to my hip. :scoot: Doc says 4-6 months.

Ouch!!!!! I was thinking about jumping my new double but the front side of the landing is steep. I hope a 100% recovery.

Sorry to hear the news good luck on your recovery! I'm also recuperating from an accident off a set of doubles, didn't even crash just a 12 foot high landing. :blink: Broke my wrist on the 26th and had surgery on the 31st. Three pins later and a cast, I can actually watch my arm shriveling up. I won't be able to get the cast off and the pins removed until mid-october. Then it's rehab time, and that means no bike until December
! Well keep the meds going and hopefully a speedy recovery!

I broke my tibula and fibula plus the ankle playin backyard football and a buddy caught me when I had worn threw the bottoms of the crutches...wasn't so lucky when I slipped on the stairs at school <_< ...good for some laughs...handicap fallin down stairs :lol: ...Good luck with your recovery..invest in a good video game or something...or get some books about motors...etc..good way to use up all the time your gonna have...trust me...I learned all the pop up spots for Golden Eye on 64 in multi-player...my friends hated me

I nearly broke my wrist, jammed it between the brake lever and handle bars, but nothings worse than getting hardware attatched to your legs........if you get a bionical leg have junkie fiberize it for ya
