Bolts Holding Exhaust Endcap

Did anyone put lock tight on these bolts holding the endcap on after removing the pea shooter? Has anyone had a problem with these bolts coming loose due to vibration? Let me know.

Funny story...

All of them backed out, even the one that i had to drill the head out of. The endcap didnt fall off and was held on by plastic heat shield under the tail lamp. But it sure did rattle... :p
