Williams dose all my work[/QUOTE

Yup^^^

But all depends what you're looking for, and your budget.
There are a few good builders out there. But, I trust Chris Williams for my needs.
Denny Rinerhimer , Hammer Racing Engines has my vote .
Just my 2¢ Williams Performance gets my vote.
Williams gets my work and vote
myself :) if something goes south guess who I blame lol
If your in the midwest I'd suggest JSR performance
Racer's Edge of AZ has my vote. They're most notably known for their insanely fast Hondas and Raptors, but they know the LTR very well too, along with all the other bikes and SxS's out there.

Williams Performance has a nice shop and lots of very nice equipment to get any job done. I've never had any work done by Chris, but I wouldn't hesitate to.

Lots of good builders out there, I would go with the guys that know the LTR the best.

Also there's a big difference between an "engine builder" and an "engine assembler".
I reccomend DASA as well. I've heard a lot of good things about Williams and racers edge though. I'm sure you can't go wrong with any of those 3
Glenn @ ATV Innovations
I have to second that.

He's given the best customer service I have ever had from anyone I've dealt with for riding stuff.
anybody have the contact info for williams? google didnt turn up anything
KMS is known for building some of the wildest LTRs peroid.
Depends on what you want to do. KMS does lots drag stuff where as William's Dasa and ATV innovation do a lot mx stuff along with crazy go fast
Dasa has my vote. They rebuilt my brothers LTR (mild build) and it pulls hard and has been going strong for a while now. Prices are competitive and they'll work with you. Only ones I have some sort of experience with so I can't say anything about other builders but remember their reputations weren't built over night.
Williams has always given me great info, never had any work done there but he absolutely knows his shit. My motor is being assembled by s&h performance in Arkansas. He builds some monsters and does in house porting, valves and tranny work. Contact info for chris williams is 352-206-0034 and contact for Jp at s&h is 479-970-7938...with that being said. I agree with everyone to that williams, dasa, racers edge are all top builders...jp at s&h will give a better deal aND he knows motors. Big time. Give him a call, you'll like what you hear. Tell him chris peterson sent u
