Aftermarket Wheels And Tires

Hey, just wondered if any of you who have aftermarket rims and tires could tell me if they are going to make the front and/or rear any wider. I was looking at some itp baja wheels, but I don't really want it any wider seeing as it's hard enough getting between trees on the trails now. Thanks in advance for any input you guys may have.
