I just put on the body and rear skid plates and I am getting a loud hum from the body plate. Should I put something inbetween the frame and plate or is there another solution? Thanks and I love this web site. Bob

the pro armor plates came with foam pads that you could put under the connecting hooks. this took away all humming, try that

Use some electrical/duct tape on the mounting points (wrap the frame up a few times). It looks a little goofy but I couldn't get those pads to stay positioned when I would put the guards on.

Foam tape from local automotive or loews. Stuff you see in vehicles all the time. Stops the vibrations and is a perfect fit around your frame. I line the skid plate around the areas where it could make contact with the frame.
