found these on ebay and noone has said anything about them yet, so I thought I would. Im really thinking about getting them, for the price(AND THEY HAVE A LIFE TIME WARRANTY!) I mine as well try them out. Im not a racer, and I probably get about 5 feet of air MAX! so I think these will be good enough for me. Well tell me what you guys think about them.

In your post title you say A GOOD WAY to widen your LTR450? Yet you are asking if they are any good?

JUST A WARNING TO YOU ...... Full Flight A-arms are JUNK ...... dont waste your money. TRUST ME you will thank me later on. Full Flight uses CHEAP >>>CHEAP>>>SUPER F'IN CHEAP hiems. Plus they use hiems on the lower spindle mounts BIG.....BIG no no. You will be replacing these hiems every couple months as the wear out. To buy a good set of hiems would cost as much as they sell the a-arms for. If anyone tells you Full Flight a-arms are good ..... they

1. dont ever ride the bike
2. are a freind of someone at the company
3. they are PISSED they got stuck wiith them.

Wallace CHEAPER is not always better ..... or even good in this case. I am not saying buy a-arms from me. Just dont buy those. You will thank me.

yea I heard you the first time FUEL, you dont have to copy and paste it off of my other topic. My brother has the fullflights on his kfx400(he got them about a month ago) and he has ridden the shit out of them. He hasnt had absolutely ANYTHING gone wrong with them. Let me tell you this too, he baught them USED from a guy that already used them for a year. I dont know if the guy before him put new heim joints on it, but even if he did, my brother hasnt had anything go wrong yet. The way my brother thought about it is like this:
1. the next best a-arms from fullflight are the "wicked" a-arms, which are 350$ more than what my brother got his fullflights for(he payed 220)
2. the amount that he saved(350$) he could buy 5 SET OF HEIMS!! which would last him AT LEAST a good 4-5 years.
Fuel, the thing you dont understand is that my brother and I DONT JUMP VERY HIGH! We have fun, but we dont go over our limits and try to kill ourselves. maybe for you, the fullflights arent any good, but maybe your a "good" rider who is hard on his stuff. For me, at 170lbs, the fullflights will be PLENTY!

and aceltr...why would doug gust use aftermarket a-arms?? His are wider than the stock ltr a-arms, maybe because adding an inch to your quad will help it out even more than what its at now.

I really posted this so others can see the info. Full Flight a-arms are junk. Hiems are not made to mount the spindles the way they use them.

1. If your not a good rider and only jumping 5 feet ..... why waste your money on a-arms? If this is the case you are not even useing the stock suspension to its fullest.

2. I want others that read this post to know those a-arms are JUNK.

3. ask them for a life time warrenty on the hiems .......

4. Do you even know how much re-placement hiems are?

5. Doctors bill when those hiems snap is not gonna be worth the money you saved.

6. If you think wicked a-arms are the next best after Full Flight ..... WOW this thread is a joke.

GOOD LUCK DONT SELL YOUR STOCK A-ARMS YOUR GONNA NEED THEM......

Wallace...if I was you?...I would listen to what the man had to say...I know him on a personal level and he would never steer you or anyone wrong for that matter...and since he does it for a living? I'm sure he has just a tad bit more experience dealing with these product lines than just about everyone on here put together...

Your post shows how little you know. Gusts a-arms are a little wider, but the most important feature is they use a longer shock. This longer shock gives you a better leverage ratio. The longer shock also gives you more shaft travel. By using a longer shock it is easier to get valving correct. The extra 1/2 is not gonna help in your case ..... ?

Isn't it great when someone asks for opinions and then argues with guys that know a LOT more than they do? Why change A-Arms if you are not riding MX? We use the stock A-Arms for MX and they out perform many aftermarket ones. Keep your stock ones and save a LOT of money. Run them till they break. If you don't abuse them like you say then you are just spending money on crap to be spending money. We will run our stock ones through the season and maybe change in the winter. You aren't Doug Gust so adding an inch of width won't help you like it will someone that can get all the speed out of a quad.

Wallace, Like Sandjunkie I would recommend listening to Fuel. Why would you spend money on aftermarket a-arms, even if they are good quaility, if you don't ride hard. Take their advice, or you could just pull a serious "hissy fit", like the one from another well known member ("I am done with this site. It ain't even worth it anymore. These people are crazy. Its amazing how big some guys balls are while hes typing at a computer. Good luck everyone.")

Oh, I was also wondering how those home made heel guards are coming along. :D

there done now, but I cant post pics because my camera ia broken. I still dont have nerfs though, So im just running the stock peg, with these custom heel guards..looks pretty awesome to me. I can get a good deal on AC propegs with heel guards though, so I might just buy those.

Just out of curiosity, why not just go with a different offset wheel if you just want to be a lil wider and not gain any wheel travel? Sure you get the adjustability, but I would think most shopping in the entry-level price range would only go back to a stock alignment anyhow.

Something I've stolen from different salesmen over the years.... and there are different ways of saying it

Cheap, Light, Strong..... pick any two.

Hey Wallace, I will be on your side. Buy the Full Flites. And then sell me your stock a-arms. I know absolutely nothing about Full Flight, but all I do know is that I bent my stock one and I need a stock replacement! :D
