Well it took 4 months and a shitload of heartache but I finally got it back. Turns out the fault was the throttle position sensor. I was told it could have been corrupted by dirt and crap getting into it and it loosing itself but because if failed after one month it was more likley it was faulty from the start.
We all got lost because in the manual it says the bike will go into limp mode to get you home, in my case the bike wouldn't start, but if you unpluged the sensor altogether it would start. The fault code on the diagnostic came up with something differently again saying it was another sensor. We only found thr fault when the whole throttle body was changed over from the new bike we dissasembled. The fi light on the dash also does not come on when this sensor craps itself just to throw you off.
Suzuki came good with the warranty.
Anyway, back up and running so now I can put on my fuel bumper that has been collecting dust for the last 3 months, flexx bars, lights, my custom grill and ride the living shit out of it, Alot of catching up to do!
