Well I've been talking to Yosh about a problem I had withmy sparky falling apart and they have finally sent out the replacments. He said everyone that bought one of the first run pipes will be getting there's anyday now, whether you had a problem with it or not. The tack welds are weak on the long perforated tube causing it to pop open and then the screen and other parts will be pushed up into it causing it to burn up the end of the pipe. Mine's supposed to be here today so I'll snap some pics of it and post.

Don't do anything with it till your sure you are on the list for a new one. I cut mine up and I'm using parts from it to make a better flowing sparky. The stock sparky is more of a sparky/quiet core. I just need a sparky and I'm not too concerned about the extra noise. Here's some pic of my pipe after it failed.
They also sent me a new logo w/rivets and new packing.

Damn, that pipe really got baked. Are they sending you new packing, and logo or are you getting a new pipe? Is the can discolored at all or is it just the label? If the can is discolored you should demand they send you a new pipe. If its not then you still need to pressure them into sending you new packing and label plus rivets. I'm sure the packing in that thing is toast.
