I did seem to notice some difference in power when running 110. But the 110 I get is leaded, not sure how well that goes with the fuel injection, so I quit using it and am running BP 93. When the guy came to test our fuel last time, the 93 octane rated at 98 on his octane rating scale anyway. The octane rating displayed at the pump is a minimum. Most of your Shells and BPs will have higher octane than what is displayed.

I was running a 50/50 mix between 93 and 110 (around 101 octane) with all the normal mods and full yoshi. One race I forgot to get the 110 and had to run 93. Im not 100% if it was my head or I could really tell a difference, but I know I could hear a difference. At the gate I was holding the throttle about half way or 3/4 and I heard lil pops. Sounded kinda like skipping but not skipping, know what Im saying? Anyway since then I have run 110 straight and I definatly can tell a difference. Its rather slight, but gah anytime you feel it, you doing something! Just my 2 cents!!!

I just use regular BP 93, thats all i buy from. THe fuel from BP is just so clear and sometimes smells like race fuel, or it has for me.

I was running Sunoco 100 but switching to 115 Trick unleaded mixed with Premium Chevron or 76.

I've run mine on both and the motor does like the better fuel. You don't have to run 110 but your motor would love you for it.

I'd hit the local dirt track race shops. those guys usually run 110 un-leaded and are willing to sell it most of the time.

Out here it goes for $4.75 a gallon.

Only $4.75? Around here most race fuel(VP,Sonoco, etc) Charge around $60 for a 5 gallon tank, i remember the last time i used it it was around $5-$6 for a gallon, but that was when gas costed around $1.60

I buy the 91 Octane here in Missouri and add the Octane booster to it.....comes in right at $3.00 a gal or so.....It runs great!! Oriley just had a sale on there Octane booster 3 bottles for $5.00 each bottle treats 20 gal. rates it at 108-112 octane when put in 91 fuel.

So does this mean if i add octane booster so 110 trick race gas i will have 130 octane...wrong. Maybe you are unaware that octane boosters normally add *points* as in ".1" and not "1".

1. Octane booster does not even raise the octane up 1. (which has already been said)
2. This has been posted 1000 times, you don't race gas.
3. Puting race gas in something that does not need it can make the performance of the motor go down. (Which it most likely won't in our case.)
4. Not all race gas is leaded.
5. I wouldn't worry about race gas until you go high compression. You use race gas to compensate for high compression.

With a stock engine, stock piston, stock porting and everything.... 93 is perfect.
Don't waste your money on 110 because it isnt' going to do anything. Plus, I'm still not sure how the EFI is going to agree with the lead in the gas? (It may be fine, don't expect your Suzuki shop to know, ask Paul Turner or Ryan at one of the races).
If you really have your heart set on running better gas, then mix 93 and 110 50/50 for your wallets sake.

We're talking about the Sunoco 110 leaded PUMP GAS here....

I wouldn't put octane booster in my gas if you paid me, what is that shit?
