Exclamation need help for paddles!!

decided to sell my dirtbike and get back on a quad. And not sure what i should be running for paddles and rims. i Picked up a 08 LTR450 with a full yoshi exhaust, cherry bomb, and also running a K&N with a open lid.

I will be doing all of my riding at SLSD. i dont do drags often mostly free lancing and climbing hills.

What would you guys run for paddles and also rim size, im only looking for rears as of now. and eventually get fronts when i get the money.

Trying to find something used but might just break down and buy new if i can find a deal.

Thanks!

If your not in to drag or hill racing I would go with 20x11x8 ITP sand stars. It's a tough paddle that will resist punctures, last a long time and still get you anywhere in the dunes. I would put them on some 8" Douglas blue labels, they are light and strong enough for the dunes. Also they would be the wheel to use if you wanted to upgrade your paddle choice.

Make sure you use an outerwear for that filter. We have found that the K&N brand will let sand through especially with out an outerwear.

I Found a set of used 20x11x9 Skat trak haulers on some douglas red labels. Will these run well on my set up? the guy has them at a pretty good price.

Thanks!

That many paddles is a lot for optimum performance with the power you have. They will use a little more power and cut the top speed a little but they will get the job done.
