Help best size rim tire and sprocket sizes for trail riding in New Jersey

What are best sizes for my ltr 450
Tires?
Rims?
Front and rear toothing of sprockets

Weekend warrior some pretty tight trail riding.

I grew up riding in south jersey.

Razr 2's were great in the sand woods rocks mud clay stone etc.

22" fronts, 20" rears, 13/38 sprockets.

If you're going with 20s then you probably want 9" wheels:

Out there is all sand, you could get away with some 4 ply holeshots, I rocked 19" rears and 21" fronts on my trx. Probably 13/36 Ltr gearing for that
