best tires??

Hi I have a 07 ltr 450 basically stock with a cherry bomb. the rear ambush tires in the back are getting worn out and I am going to get some new ones. What tires are best for traction, I love the look of the maxxis razr mx's and thats what i'm leaning towards. I ride mostly trails, loose gravel and grass. Thanks!

I'm running some GNCC races this year and I spoke with the guys at the Maxxis trailer due to needing to put on new rubber and they was pushing the Razr over the Razr 2's. After asking why all they could say is that all the pro's we're running them... Anyone have any input???

razr 2's are a much heavier tire than plain razr. Rotational weight robs horsepower bad!

The razr2's sure do hook. And hardly ever puncture.

Only tire I've ever owned of which I never had to patch or plug.

Wow shift you never pluged one, lucky. I had to put at least 2 plugs per tire after each race. My fronts looked like they had dredds after a season.

The 2s have a way deeper tread but like was said they are a bit heavyer. They last for a good time. For trails and stuff I'd say 20/22 with a 13/36 sprox.
