Steering setup

I’m 6’3” and currently have the stock setup. I was wondering which stem a +1 or +2 would be better? And also should I stick with the stock handlebars or which ones would be the best for those? I don’t race I just ride trails but I feel like I’m hunched over to much

Go with a +2 anti-vibe stem & clamp. I recommend Flexx bars also.
