Heavy duty 3rd gear set for sale

We made our own 3rd gear set Made in Switzerland out of high quality steel finished by OC Oerlikon. OC Oerlikon does also the coating for some Formula 1 teams by using this process....

We never had problem so far with our 2009 LTR450, 19hours of racing @:

Swiss ATV MX Championship 2011
Germans ATV MX Championship 2011
European ATV MX Championship 2011

Send me a short message when interested. You can choose between the gear set only or gear set with coating by OC Oerlikon.

Have a nice day!
Patrick

We do race Yoshimura Stage 2A without REM. We checked the process and REM is a standard process in general.

OC Oerlikon is uing their Balinit finishing process which has also been prooved by several Formula 1 racing teams. Target for Forumula 1 is one round without any oil in the gear box to get into the pit.

Link OC Oerlikon:
Oerlikon Balzers - Motor sport

Including OC finishing we talk about $780.00 exkl. shipping depending on where you live. Please note that for example the ATP gear set does not offer the OC finishing. By racing hard ATV MX we also recognized that is much cheaper to invest in such a billet gear set compared to change it after every race....

Any calculation without OC finishing will follow if your are interested but I would highly recommend it.

Have a nice day!
Patrick

Practicing?

I talk about racing hours. We had the genuine gear set in running not 2 hours while MX racing. The genuine gear set does last forever if you ARE NOT racing the LTR450 on MX tracks but not while in real race mode.

15 hours without any bad signs in the oil filter is a huge succes! Next race this weekend means another 2 hours. Keep you updated anyway!
