Not sure what has happened here. The YFZ450 forum is always active. I guess the LTR450's are becoming more & more obsolete.

Hi. I’m late to the party I guess. I rode dirtbikes all my life and decided to switch to quads mostly for trails and some hare scrambles. I’m middle aged and not too fast, but I recently bought a new to me 2006 LTR450. It’s got the Cherry bomb, K&N, full Yoshi RS-5 and I just put a tune on it. It’s a blast to ride to say the least. I discovered this forum a while back. Let’s get it going again! BTW I’m also on Thumpertalk, but they seem biased towards bikes. Idk.

Yea the YFZ is still getting made... That's why it's always active.. LTR450's are not.. It took me a year to find one near me to buy.. It needed work but I didn't care.. I put work into it and got it back into tip top shape.. They need to bring it back out...

I agree forums are slower anymore. I prefer them to social media though. Yes they need to bring the LTR back, or more sport quads in general. Is there any pros still on an LTR? If so, do they receive factory support? Anyway, I love my new to me LTR. Thank god I didn’t buy that 400EX instead.
