Starts and Idles fine... Will not bog when gradually increasing throttle but bogs when going full throttle or hit the throttle hard... rebuilt the top end around this time last year.. it rode fine all summer.. It sat up for the winter (4 months).. I've checked everything.. Adjusted the valves.. New spark plug.. New air filter... My fuel pump is just a year old... Tried to clean the injector but it is old... I have a fuel filter delete... I have power commander 3 and cherry bomb.. Dcm exhaust.. I'm lost now..

Have you drained the tank & tried fresh fuel? Did you visually inspect your fuel filter as it may be partially clogged? Also try blowing through the filter or pull the outlet side off & inspect how much fuel pours out. Do you know the micron rating of the fuel filter? If too high of rating, small debris can get through it & clog the fuel pump screen or fuel injector screen.

Check your fuel pressure wile the problem is occurring. could be a fuel restriction, fuel pump or regulator groblem.

Well when I think about it.. when I first started it up after the winter... The fuel filter was pretty cloudy.. But my ass rode it anyway without changing the filter 😳.. Then it started while riding it.. So I changed the fuel filter old gas was gone by then... Changed the spark plug which was black.. It stopped after 1 ride around the neighborhood but started bk again.. I was thinking my new fuel pump or my injector need to be replaced

Sooooo I finally got a chance to check more stuff... Regulator working... Fuel pump good.. Has about 42 psi even when it's bogging... So I came to the conclusion my injector need replacing..
