2006 LTR 450 FI light

i recently installed a boyesen pump and a mishimoto radiator along with a new stator in my 2006 ltr 450. The quad ran great before this with no problems. Just got everything put back together and when i turn the key on the pump kicks on and the quad will turn over but will not start. sometimes the FI light will blink with one second between each flash. i plan on putting it into dealer mode tonight, but everything is new (TOS, TPS, injector). just wanted to see if anyone had any ideas?
