New to me LTR

Hey guys new here. Just picked up a 2006 LTR450. Machine was purchased new by previous owner. It appears to be in fairly decent shape for its age and only mods are cherry bomb and full Yoshi RS-5. I haven’t had a ton of time to ride it but it seems very strong and absent of any major issues. The only thing I’ve noticed is the clutch is somewhat hard to pull in (cable?) and the FI light stays on continuously. I couldn’t get her to fire over on one occasion and drained the battery. I noticed at this time I blew the “main” 20amp fuse. I charged the battery up to 100% and replaced fuse and it’s been no problem since, other than the FI light stays on continuously. I’m new to sport ATVs and more so EFI. I’ve been riding two wheel carbed machines for years and made the switch. Any ideas?

Forgot to mention I initially put the battery cables on the wrong terminals accidentally that may have explained blowing the main fuse once. Not sure about FI light. Also, anyone race hare scrambles with a stock width LTR and have any issues?

Downloaded a manual. A bit confused on how to put it in “dealer mode” to check that FI light. Thinking I’m gonna take it to a shop. I’m learning about all this efi stuff haha

Fallow the manual and ground the white wire w red stripe on that connector. That is the equivalent using their tool.

you can also search this site, there use to be many threads on this.
