I know i know i need help yet again

So i got it in time and it is still missing at high rpms, i when i hold the throttle at about mid range it cuts in and out sorta. can you guys help please

You need to check the fuel pressure while it is acting up, first.

I also found a bee and something else that was the same size as a bee in the fuel pump

No, you said your fuel pressure was in spec while it was cutting out so it's not fuel supply. now it is possible that your injector is restricted. otherwise I would look at an ignition related issue.

my fuel pressure regulator was in spec, not the fuel pressure im sorry I thought you meant for me to test the regulator, I just took the tank off and tested the regulator, ill test the fuel pressure tonight thanks
