battery relocation new 07-03-14

here are some photos of my conversion. i used an anti gravity battery. reworked my motor mounts for a little bling. welded in some brackes on the sub frame. sandblasted and repainted sub frame. battery and power commander are mounted in frame under seat. the heat sheild for the exhaust is still intact.
relocated fuse block and battery terminal block as well also made a sheild under to protect from exhaust pipe.
battery box and smaller box for PC have multiple drain holes.

here's more. a lot of thought and work went into this. i never liked the batterys oem location. i used steel for the battery box. should have used aluminum. i did this conversion only bcause i never liked the batterys oem location.
Hope this can help others.
Thank you
Douglas

thanks i was hoping this could help. one thing i did notice is the aluminum motor mounts the right side could be used for the left so you won't have to deal with the battery box mount.

Good job you've done.

Did the wires reach as standard, or did you need to make some longer?
