Throttle stopper screw

Hi, I'm new to this site. Can someone help me with a measurement of how much the throttle stopper screw must be turned in? I bought a 2006 LTR 450 and the previous guy had a different adjuster on that he used to adjust the idling by using the throttle stopper screw. I want to adjust the TPS, but I don't think the stopper screw is on the correct stock setting to get the correct idle TPS measurement.
