LT-R 06 : 12v Problem injector : Problème Injection

Hello,

I have in my possession a 2006 Suzuki LT-R 450.

I end up with an injection problem:

The voltage (12v) that actuates the injector is at 12v but the problem is that once the connector plugged into the injector voltage (12v) disappears and does not exceed 1.5V. I think that the CDI must make calculations and put security.

Simple question: What prevents the injector from having the voltage going on once the connector plugs in?

Could you give me some advice or values to control to solve this problem?

Thanking you

cordially

how is battery voltage? if its low, ecu wont fire up electronic when you try starting engine

The battery is new, I try with 3 different battery.

Always the same problem.

I have no FI lights ; TPS 0.66v and the ECU send the 12v when it is disconnecting the injector (So ECU still good)

I think about the Tip Over Sensor .. I tested it according to the suzuki manual.

I have a doubt: Do you know what value should be in Voltage of the TOS?

Thank you for your answers

I just tested with the dealer mode so:

FI blinks when the connector is disconnected

FI does not flash when the injection connector is connected.

So the ECU recognizes the injector but stops the voltage.

What could block the 12V injector?

Thank you

have you tried testing the injector by itself? you can hook it up to a power source to check it the injector cycles normally. injectors can short out too.
