My 07 suzuki ltr 450 wines over slow is it the timing help please

Not a lot of info. In theory, yes it could be timing although that would be way down on the list. It could be a weak battery, a bad starter, over tightened cam caps, a seized piston, bad crank, etc, etc, etc.

Four (4) '06 LTR450's, '16 Beta 300RR, '09 CRF150RB, '11 Grizzly 550, 16 Beta X trainer, Laeger Trx500

It has new starter, battery and head gasket was turning over fine til i change head gasket

Overtorqued cam caps(damaged head) or improper valve clearance. bad decompressor, something along those lines.
