Okay I'm going from memory. Mine is set up for the WORCS series though as I have 21" fronts with 20" rear tires.
  • 200LBS Riding weight
  • JB Racing MGC Long travel Arms
  • 170 and 40 on the PSI
  • Clicks out front was somewhere firmer then mid way, the softer the setting the more I would add to the rebound and just the opposite if I made them firmer
  • Rear Podium with Walsh link
  • Don't have what I wrote down in front of me, but I have the compression very firm and the rebound very slow
[/b]

I changed mine up this weekend during the race and they felt pretty good. I also had Grant from Fox there to help me with some set up help as this was a really rough track in Monticello, UT.

Same parts set up as above. But used 160 in the Evol chamber and 32.5 in the main. We found that when you screw on the pump on the Evol chamber first tighten it then back it out to bleed it real quick then re-tighten and add pressure (Make sure to use the high pressure pump even if you not exceeding 150 PSI because these two pumps are calibrated differently. Then use your other lower pressure pump to adjust your main chamber. (Make sure to tighten and then loosen the nozzle on the pump valve to bleed your line and then re-tighten) We did leave leave a 1/4 inch difference from front to rear ride height with me at 8 up front and 7 3/4 in the rear. Make sure to have someone measure the difference while you are on your bike, jump up and down while scrubbing the tires back and forth at the same time, then sit down on it and have someone measure. I did leave the clickers in the front right in the middle but I will make them a little firmer next time maybe two clicks. The rear podium I set at right in the middle, then went two clicks firmer. Slowed the rebound down two clicks from center.

Nice! Thx for posting your numbers and for the tips on bleeding the chambers.

Question: When you are setting up the ride height, what two points are you measuring to determine that and how is it adjusted?

Right under the front motor mount (under the front where the Nerf bars), and under the furthest point of the rear frame at the back (were the shock linkage attaches to the frame)

I am way off on my settings and I dont understand why. Fox told me 32-35 on my main, and 130-147 on evol. When I put in 32 on the main, my aarms sit strait up almost fully extended while I am on the bike. I weigh 185 with gear. I finally lowered it down to 20 psi and this has my fronts with about the same sag height as my stockers. What am I missing. I even bleed all the our out of both of them and started over again.

I don't know if you did it or not. But you have to do the Evol chamber before the Main chamber. I'm not sure what to tell you why they wouldn't be performing right. Good luck with it!

like ltrkyle said do the evol chamber before the main and make sure the front is off the ground other wise the pressures won't be correct.

I did both of those. Even bled them out and started over to make sure. Does anyone else not have the lower sag height in the front with the recomended psi? Or do the evols just naturally sit higher and maybe I need to raise my rear up more to compensate for it?
