so i went to my local part store and bought one tie rod end off of a VW and it is pretty hard to move, is it just a bad tie rod end or are they all that way.

yes, they are pretty snug when they are new. as long as it is smooth movement and not like it is jamming up

ok the one that i got, PN-131-415-812c and the part that fits in the spindle is to small and doesn't fit tightly into the tapered hole. whats the problem...

Well had a hard time to find the 131-415-812C part, after a couple searh i found the 311-415-812C Tie Rod end is the M14 x 1.5 shaft and the tip is 12mm Outter Right Hand thread.
for a 68 VW Beetle.

I live in Canada so it might be a dif part # here ...

Any 1 know if the spindle 12mm reamer needs to be taper ?

Isn't the tierod ends for a 1983 Mazda B2200 the same size as our stock balljoints? I'm not 100% on this but I know that these Tierods work perfect with older Z400 and 400ex's.......
