Ouch Joe!
Besides a fractured wrist, I don't have any quad related injuries. I did however slip in the shower and broke my toe.  It required surgery and a pin sticking out of my toe for six weeks.  :P

hhaa i knocked out my front teeth when i slipped getting out of the shower once

 - sleepy hollow crash...I was unconcious for a long time lol  - Rausch creek AMA National crash - both times went to Hershey truama center... the rausch creek crash i was suppose to get life flighted but with all the tree's they couldnt get a heli down there

all i've ever done is broke my arm, collar bone tore my acl. that was all playing highschool sports but i did break a finger riding a quad when i was 3
