motocross tracks near albany ny

Hi, am a retired MX rider. I now have a LTR450 and am thinking about getting back into racing. I live in upstate NY and I am having a hard time finding MX tracks to ride on. I would like to find some tracks that I can pay some money and practice to whole day. I know where all the race tracks are but they don't let you practice. If I find a nice track to practice on I would Practice every chance I got.

miles mountain is on the pa/ny boarder its a pretty fun track but not too many big jumps

I used to live in Canajoharie just west of Albany(I now live out south of Rochester). I actually bought my LTR at Troy City Garage in Albany. I used to race at Royal Mountain, Thunder Ridge mx, and Motomasters on occasion. Your right though where you are located only thunder ridge offers practice from time to time, and they are 2-3 hours away.
