Strange find on my '07...

Was riding around the yard today for a couple mins before loading my quad on my trailer to head off to the track, and I noticed a very strange vibrating sound when I made a very slow and sharp turn in 1st gear.

I hopped off to see if I could find anything and I found a broken piece of hose clamp lying right on my Tag glider skid underneath the engine. First thing I checked was the PRM full swinger skid, which uses hose clamps to fasten the front on, and it seemed like there was nothing broken on those, although left side one was really lose (probably vibrated loose).

The piece of hose clamp I found appeared to be just the extra that comes out of the tightening screw once you have tightened a clamp down. I check all clamps that were visible/ that I knew of, and all seemed to be fine. I'm hoping the vibration I heard was the loose hose clamp on the swingarm skid, but we will find out today!!

Any other larger hoseclamps on the quad that i'm not aware of that this broken piece could be from?

Not the air filter, was the second thing I checked after the swinger skid. The piece I found was only about an inch long and about a 1/4 inch wide or maybe a hair wider. Looks like the excess of a tightened clamp that snapped off. Rode the track for 4 hours today, and had no issues at all of any sort...

Didn't even get the tranny whine all day this time >_> Weird little bugger.

I'll update if I find anything further.
