When I go to get on it the bike just bogs down for a while and almost shuts off. If it does shut off and I get it started again it will run fine for about a minute or so then do the same thing again. Happens slightly when I'm just cruising sometimes not all the time, Like I said it will run fine one minute then just bog down when I try to get on it. Could the problem be the fuel filter? I ran through some water yesterday on accident (didnt see the huge puddle around the corner) If that could have something to do with it

Sounds like the fuel filter but check the easiest things first...Air filter, key switch, fuel level.....
