adjusting the fuel?

I have a 07 ltr and at the very beginning of the throttle there is like a dead spot where if you hold it there it will cut out like its running out of gas and if you are idle and hit the throttle kinda hard it'll bog down if you don't ease the throttle open..could this be because my fuel adjustment is not right? Im running stock pipe without baffle and airbox lid off if this makes any difference. The motor is stock.

stock pipe without baffle and lid off need a crbm (cherry bomb). You are running lean right now, they are cheap and easy to get.

How much of a power increase will it make? And will this fix my "dead spot" in the throttle

yes it will fix it. Your running lean now because by taking off the lid your letting more air in the compustion chamber, and by removing the baffle, your removing the restriction in the exhaust. The CB fixes this by telling the fuel injector to use more gas to compensate for the added airflow.. As you mod more you will need a fuel management system that allows you to add fuel or trim fuel where you need it. Then the fun really begins

I found one online for 35 how much of a power increase will it have? And another question...I check my oil before I start it everyday. If I ride it everyday the oil is always full. If I don't ride it for a few days it shows low. It doesn't leak oil anywhere and it doesn't smoke and the antifreeze is bright green. I park in my shed which is on a hill. Could the oil be going back into the motor if it sits there a few days? Cause if I add to it and ride for a few minutes then check it its too full.

I wouldn't worry about power increase at the moment. Worry about getting the cherry bomb so the quad will run better. The more u ride the quad like it is, u risk doing some damage. The new EFI bikes r pretty similar to carbs in upgrading. When u mess with engine performance u HAVE to mess with the air/fuel mixture. Carb u rejet. EFI u add a computer of some sorts.
