Call Power Commander Tech support at 800-992-4993. THey can walk you through a diagnosis. If you are unable to diagnose it over the phone you can send it back to them and they will diagnose it for you! The turn around time is approximately a week when you send it to them. In the past, we have experience awesome customer service from them. It there is a problem with the unit, I believe they fix it for you.

FYI,
For anyone using a power commander, you need to hard wire the grey wire to the yellow TPS wire. I have seen A LOT of issues with using the supplied red piggyback connector. The vibration from the engine and riding causes it to cut the wire inside the coating. This will cause the TPS sensor to fail

Thanks,
Mike
